Etisalat Launches ‘Geek Force’ Solution Services in Port Harcourt


In its effort to serve its growing customers better in a revolutionary way, Etisalat Nigeria, has emerged with ‘The Geek Force’, a solution service, which debuted recently in the garden city of Port Harcourt.
Speaking at the event, The Regional Head South South and South East, Etisalat Nigeria,  Mr Enekwacha Ajah said, the service is open to all Etisalat customers and it is rendered free to all customers provided the product is still within the warranty period and if necessary, the Geeks can assist in replacing the product.
 “As an innovative telecommunications company, we want to extend our customer support beyond simply providing network services and support but we also want to go the extra mile to give our customers support with their hardware challenges when it comes to their mobile devices.”
According to Ajah,  Etisalat is partnering with Original Electronics Manufacturers (OEM) to train their technical staff intensively on how to solve problems related to their devices.
The service is not only limited to repair of faulty devices but they can also assist in “Pimping up” of smartphones and other devices with songs, games and applications for the customers delight.
The launch event which was held at the Etisalat office in , Port Harcourt gave customers a chance to not only get their device issues solved but there was a raffle draw in which customers won mobile phones and other fantastic prizes.
Mrs Rhoda Dan-Jumbo, one of the winners of a Blackberry Phone  was elated as she expressed her joy.
 “I was so surprised I just came in today to buy a modem and I won a new phone. Thank you Etisalat.”
Another winner Mr. Martins Ngerem thanked Etisalat for the opportunity to win and wished them more success on the road ahead.
Customers who were at the event were also given various prizes for every purchase made at the centre.
Etisalat plans to extend the Geek Force services to other locations including sales outlets of device manufacturers in order to afford Etisalat customers the opportunity to experience the new service.
The Geek Force launch was also launched in other major locations in Lagos, Abuja and  Kaduna.
