Customers Thumb Up New Etisalat 3.75G Easyblaze

      

The newly introduced high speed data package which was recently launched by leading telecommunications provider, Etisalat Nigeria has continued to receive rave reviews from Nigerians from all works of life.

Widely described as the ultimate in broadband internet service, with a speed of about 42 mbps, the product appears to be a hit with subscribers, with customer satisfaction scores at the highest they have ever been for any data-based product.

According to one them, Mr. Olawola Ajibola, a regular internet service user, ‘’the Easyblaze is a winning proposition from Etisalat. “I'll be more than happy to pay for this product as it is markedly better than what obtains in the market at the moment, and can be an ideal tool for business as a result of its speed,” he said.

Ajibola who was speaking during an exhibition of the new product at the Silverbird Galleria in Victoria Island commended Etisalat for bringing into the Nigerian market the fastest 3G modem that outshines the other 3G networks, adding that Etisalat has surpassed expectation with regards to rendering quality services to its customers at affordable rates.

Another customer, Ikenna Nwaka, an I.T. professional who currently resides in Surulere also commended Etisalat for the launch of the product, describing its speed as amazing. His words: “This is a great product that eliminates any form of streaming problems. I had to come to the exhibition to test it, in order to believe and it is real.”

Speaking at the exhibition, Etisalat Nigeria’s Director of Products and Services for, Mr. Lucas Dada said the new Easyblaze will eliminate the numerous data processing challenges faced by Nigerians. The exhibition, he said, was aimed at offering Nigerians the opportunity to confirm the superiority of Easyblaze over other data packages in the market at the moment.

 “The new broadband data service, Easyblaze has taken a giant stride in delivering internet service, which is second to none in the telecommunications market. With a speed of up to 42MB, full music downloads, video-streaming, as well as, large sized files can now be accessed without delay,” he said.

 Also speaking at the exhibition, Etisalat’s Head of Data and Service –VAS, Mr. Okung Ebiefie, stated that Easyblaze was designed with the customer in mind, with a lot of time spent in research and development to provide one of the world’s simple, reliable and quality broadband internet service.

 “The package has been launched in about 14 cities in Nigeria, as the first phase of its roll-out. The second phase, which has already commenced will be spreading out to even more parts of the country. This results in a style parallel with that of Etisalat in innovation, delivering exceptional and consistently excellent levels of internet service, “he said.
