VISAFONE opens seven Retail Outlets

In line with its strategic expansion plan and the need to bring excellent quality services closer to the doorstep of users in Nigeria, Visafone has added yet another 7 new retail outlets in Lagos, Ogun, Edo and Rivers States respectively.
The grand gala opening ceremony took place at Visafone Retail Outlets located on Nnebisi road, Asaba, Ikota Shopping Complex, Ajah and Ikorodu, apart from the ones at market road, Badagry, Agbara industrial estate, Ogun, mission road, Benin and Aba road, Port Harcourt.
A statement signed by Head, Corporate Communications, Visafone Communications Limited, Mr. Joseph Ushigiale described the opening of new retail outlets as one more of their Customer Service Initiatives deployed by the company to ensure     subscribers get a feel of unique and excellent customer service delivery.
The Managing Director of Visafone, Mr. Sailesh Iyer said the expansion program is aimed at delivering excellent customer care support to the people adding that “our new retail outlets are equipped with complete bouquet of services from Voice, Data Activation, SIM Registration, Handset choice, Data Modems to after sales services aimed towards serving the ever growing needs of the enlightened customer.”
 Iyer said “The decision to establish these retail outlets further expresses the company’s determination to bring fast and easy communication pan-Nigeria and customer satisfaction which is our number one goal at Visafone. Our signaturesShops & outlets have developed a special bonding with families, friends and loved ones of Visafone Customers.” He encouraged all Visafone customers living in these locations to take advantage of the new retail outlets to experience qualitative Visafone products and services.
Like other 75 Visafone shops, the newly opened 7 retail outlets are manned by highly trained and qualified customercare personnel who have been trained to deliver first class shop and customercare services. This shops give our customers the opportunity to touch, feel and experience the various products and services before making the right decision. It operates in a very friendly and cozy environment.
With this development, the Visafone retail outlets pan Nigeria has increased to 82. Historically, Visafone has an established reputation of being a high reliable quality network and offers attractive tariffs bundles, choice of handsets, devices and unbeatable voice and data quality experience.
